Cloak of the Mist Pouncer

This hooded cloak is woven from the silken threads found in the nests of Fog Pouncers, infused with the essence of fog itself. While wearing this cloak, you gain the following benefits:

• You have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made in fog, rain, or other heavily obscured conditions.


• As a bonus action, you can activate the cloak to create a 20-foot radius of magical fog centered on yourself that lasts for 1 minute. This fog heavily obscures the area, and you can see through it as if it were clear. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.


• While in this fog, if you remain motionless and silent, you can attempt to hide even if you are being observed, granted that you are within the fog.

Additionally, if you are hit by an attack while within this fog, you can choose to gain resistance to that attack's damage but must make an immediate Dexterity saving throw (DC 15). On a successful save, you can teleport up to 30 feet to a space you can see that is also within the fog, and the attack against you misses. Once you use this ability, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
