Savage Club of the Ettin

This massive club is made from a heavy tree trunk, wrapped in the leathery hide of an ettin. The club has a rough, jagged surface, and the heads of smaller creatures can be seen embedded within it. When wielded in combat, the Savage Club of the Ettin grants the user the ability to make a single additional melee attack per turn. Additionally, once per short rest, the wielder can use their action to invoke a surge of primal power, dealing an extra 1d6 bludgeoning damage on one attack roll during that turn. The club is treated as a magical weapon for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to non-magical attacks and damage.
