Veil of the Shadow Stalker

This dark, flowing cloak seems to absorb light and shadows alike. While wearing the Veil of the Shadow Stalker, you gain advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made in dim light or darkness. Additionally, once per short rest, you can cast the spell 'Pass without Trace' without expending a spell slot. When you do so, the cloak shimmers momentarily, echoing the stealthy nature of its former owner. However, if you are in bright light, you have disadvantage on Stealth checks and cannot activate the cloak's magical properties.
